Students must first fill up the information sheet provided by the coordinator. Daliy progress report should be done weekly, be signed by the immediate supervisor of the student, and will send to the coordinator through eleap on or before Saturday until 10pm only.
The student must also include information regarding their role and responsibilities in the comany as well as on how to go to the comapany, vicinity map, and the address of the company where it’s located.

anu isusulat sa meron sa general comment at remark?
ang nilagay ko sa general comment ay comment haha regarding sa nangyari sa duty hours ko and comment regarding sa mga ginawa ko. ung remarks wala akong nilagay kasi hindi ko lam ang ilalagay duon.
